  • Actually, Mindful Movement is a great addition for people who already work out. If you train at a gym, you may still have some improper movement patterns to improve. Joint stiffness and aches and pains are a good indicator you’re focusing too much on training muscles instead of improving movement. 

    Following Mindful Movement practices as part of a warm up or on a rest day is a fantastic way to help avoid injury, improve movement quality, and even add strength without lifting heavier.
