Our 1-on-1 personal training offers a tailored experience for those who need a more focused approach. While our semi-private sessions are excellent for managing many individual needs and limitations, there are situations where one-on-one attention is essential — like when working with clients at risk of falls or those with more complex conditions. This service is also ideal for those looking to go beyond general strength training and needing a higher level of individualization, such as athletes, weekend warriors, and powerlifters. With 1-on-1 personal training, you’ll get the specific coaching and support required to meet your unique goals.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Our semi-private sessions provide a customized approach with up to 5 participants per coach. Each person follows a unique plan that can be adjusted on the spot to fit whatever life throws at them. Back flared up after a road trip? We’ll modify. Haven’t slept well in two weeks? We’ll adapt. Something hurts? We’ll find alternative exercises. Our flexible, responsive coaching ensures you keep moving forward, no matter the circumstances.

Mindful Movement Class

Our Mindful Movement Classes blend physical training with meditative practice, allowing you to work on both your mental and physical health while supporting your strength training routine. This approach helps you become more aware of your body, improves coordination, and accelerates your progress.
