1-on-1 Personal Training
Our 1-on-1 personal training offers a tailored experience for those who need a more focused approach. While our semi-private sessions are excellent for managing many individual needs and limitations, there are situations where one-on-one attention is essential — like when working with clients at risk of falls or those with more complex conditions. This service is also ideal for those looking to go beyond general strength training and needing a higher level of individualization, such as athletes, weekend warriors, and powerlifters. With 1-on-1 personal training, you’ll get the specific coaching and support required to meet your unique goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our semi-private sessions provide a customized approach with up to 5 participants per coach. Each person follows a unique plan that can be adjusted on the spot to fit whatever life throws at them. Back flared up after a road trip? We’ll modify. Haven’t slept well in two weeks? We’ll adapt. Something hurts? We’ll find alternative exercises. Our flexible, responsive coaching ensures you keep moving forward, no matter the circumstances.
Mindful Movement Class
Our Mindful Movement Classes blend physical training with meditative practice, allowing you to work on both your mental and physical health while supporting your strength training routine. This approach helps you become more aware of your body, improves coordination, and accelerates your progress. Clients often find they learn new movements more easily and experience the benefits of mindfulness, such as reduced stress and increased focus. It’s a holistic way to enhance both your fitness and your well-being.
Protein Planning Nutrition Coaching
Our nutrition coaching, featuring a focused protein planning session, is designed to help you build sustainable eating habits that support your fitness goals. In this session, you’ll work directly with a coach to determine your unique protein needs, identify high-protein foods, and create realistic steps to increase your intake over time. We break down complex nutrition concepts into simple, actionable strategies tailored to your lifestyle, ensuring you can make consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, recover faster, or maintain a healthy weight, our protein planning provides the guidance and accountability you need to succeed.
In-Body Composition Test
This session provides a detailed analysis of your body’s muscle, fat, and water balance, giving you a clear picture beyond just weight on the scale. Tracking skeletal muscle is crucial because muscle mass plays a vital role in your metabolism, overall strength, and long-term health.
